MEETING MINUTES—JANUARY 22, 2007

Meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM with James Richardson, Joseph Mattei & Marvin Peck present.

Bruce K. signed up for CAMA training on Feb 1st

Mike Quinlivan coming to office Monday 1/29 to assess Bruce’s skills & complete any computer updates

Check on Safety Deposit box at Greenfield Savings – computer backups

Computer meltdown today – both memory cards defective & replaced by Catamount Computer

See about attending Mass Forestry Assoc meeting Saturday 1/27 -  Bruce will see if he can just attend morning session on Chapter 61 changes

Discussed Executive Session rules for abatements/exemptions

FY2008 is a Reval year – Marvin talked with Terry Williams & Roy Bishop –State is meeting about changes for the Revaluation

Marvin mentioned that Sweetheart Restaurant owner will probably be filing an abatement for Personal property tax bill – her real estate valuation is about the same figure as the amount of money invested so far in renovations, etc.
