Discussed Conway’s Appraisal cost of Dam & buildings $4,600 — Shelburne’s share would be about 1/3 -  we would only offer about $1,000 —Bruce will talk to Roy Bishop first about this appraisal

Reviewed Income & Expense forms for Commercial, Industrial, Mixed Use, & Apartment  owners sent out by Bishop
