1. Called meeting to order at 5:50PM. Marvin Peck, Joseph Mattei, & James
Richardson present

Joseph Mattei elected chairman of the board for FY2008

2. Reviewed mail
Franklin County Waste Management looking for commercial farms in town and number of animals on each – no longer have farm animal excise, so don’t know number of animals on farms - will send Launie York’s name as contact

3. Signed MV Excise Abatement

4. Signed Bills payable – discussed Sewall’s bill for map changes – $2,000 seems a little high – Bruce asking for itemized bill

5. Signed new Chapter liens

6. All Boards meeting Wednesday July 18th at 6:00 PM – assessors to attend – Bruce cannot attend the meeting – has Leyden assessors’ meeting – we charge $1.00 per copy for record cards & maps – minutes to be posted on our website

7. Adjourned meeting @ 6:25 PM

5:30 – Michael Cohen – 5 Mechanic St – add studio w/bathroom
6:30 – 7:00 – O’Gorman – 200 Skinner Rd – new house
7:00 – 7:30 -  Manz – Old Albany Rd – Barn w/studio (not available)
7:00 -  7:30 -  Boron/Smith – 108 Old Greenfield Rd – garage —to look at All Around Tile building next Monday ATB appeal need to review valuation. Decided to have Roy Bishop handle this case
7:45 -  8:00 -  Pho/Gonzalez – new house (no response)
