MEETING MINUTES—JULY 23, 2007

Went to  18-20 Water St  (Susie Robbins) – @  5:30 PM to look at reconstruction

1. Called meeting to order @ 5:50 PM, Marvin Peck & James Richardson present

2. Reviewed mail

3. Signed MV Excise Abatements

4. Signed Preliminary warrants for FY2008 Real Estate & Personal property

5. Resolved map discrepancy for Map 23 lot 1.1  (same as  map 17 lot 27) – lot 27 On Map 17 to be removed; lot 1.1 to be added to Map 23

6. Discussed James Sewall bill – Bruce talked with Aaron at Sewall & stated that bill was in line with previous charges – map changes were not done for a couple  of years, so we had 48 changes this year  - Bruce to check with map company that does the maps for Leyden

7. Went over Chis Keefe (Mass DOR ) questions – some issues resolved but Bruce needs to go out & look at remaining properties in question

8. Began reviewing property valuation changes for new growth

9. Roy Bishop coming Weds. 7/25 to start sales analysis – needs building permits completed - Bruce needs to go out & look at remaining permits

10. Meetings in August: 8/13, 8/27

11. Bruce on vacation    8/6 thru 8/8

12. Adjourned meeting @ 7:05 PM
