MEETING MINUTES—AUGUST 27, 2007

1. Called meeting to order @ 6:00 PM, Joseph Mattei & Marvin Peck present (Jim Richardson came in at noon to sign & discuss agenda).

2. Discussed Roll Back taxes on Chapter Land parcel – landowner present & paid
Rollback on partial release of 5.333 Acres from Chapter 61B.

3. Reviewed mail.

4. Signed MV Excise Abatements & 2005 13th Commitment.

5. Signed Bishop bill for work completed so far.

6. Employee evaluation forms handed out to assessors – due to Terry by 9/17.

7. Reviewed FY2008 Land schedule.

8. Sent copies of Forms of List & new growth figures for WMECO & New England Power to DOR for review.

9. Meeting with auditor Dan Haynes of Hibour & Haynes, regarding Town Audit Report
On 9/11 @ 4:00 PM – Bruce & Joe’s attendance requested by Selectboard.

10. Next meeting 9/10.

11. Monday assistant’s hours changing to 9:00 to 5:00, when there is no meeting.

12. Computer’s mother board & memory boards replaced on 8/15 by Dell service. Cannot make connection to Internet now – waiting for Catamount computer.
