1. Called meeting to order  @ 6:00 PM, Joseph Mattei, Marvin Peck, & Jim Richardson present

2. Reviewed mail – Deed -Check  Map 13 Lots 8 & 8.1   acreage in question, should be 2.93AC

3. Signed MV Excise Abatements

4. Signed bills payable

5. Signed Warrants

6. Signed monthly reports

7. ATB case – lawyer for the owner would like to reach a settlement before hearing date of 10/31/07 - Roy Bishop to come up next week to look at property & contact lawyer

8. Called Chris Keefe on 9/5 – has not sent in Reval data for us – did not show up
today  to look at Chapter files

9. Reminder***Meeting with auditor Dan Haynes of Hibour & Haynes, regarding Town Audit Report *** On Tues, 9/11 @ 4:00 PM ***  Bruce & Joe’s attendance requested by Selectboard
