MEETING MINUTES—SEPTEMBER 24 , 2007

1. Called meeting to order @ 6:05 PM , Joseph Mattei, James Richardson, & Marvin Peck present

2. Reviewed mail

3. Signed bills payable

4. Signed chapter liens & releases

5. Began reviewing chapter applications – discussed some issues to resolve

6. Discussed Reval progress- Roy Bishop had all data to local state DOR rep, Chris Keefe, in August, but he has concerns regarding lack of valuation in Shelburne for excess road frontage – he went out to look at recent sales properties to see if excess frontage should carry a value he decided that he will present the data to the State and tell them that the sales do not justify the need to charge for frontage – he is still concerned that they will want to place a value on excess frontage anyways, since they are requiring that in Charlemont. Bruce is working on some issues with Chapter files – some documentation, liens and management plans not on file – letters sent to owners – already received responses from some the DOR will have us remove them from Chapter until we receive the necessary
documentation

8. Gene Butler came to meeting at 7:00 to discuss new land schedule – not approved by DOR yet
