List for 19 Water St - CSC Board of Directors nominations - Deeds

3. Signed 9/24 Meeting minutes

4. Signed Motor Vehicle excise abatement

5. Signed bills payable - CSC dues for FY2008 = $1,800
Assessor's Annual Fall Meeting /Dinner
Money left in expense budget = $2,233.64 - (10/16)
Check and see if there is a separate account for the CSC dues

6. Signed Motor Vehicle commitment #5, 2007

7. Signed Monthly list

8. Signed Chapter Lien release

9. Reviewed Bridge Street lots 88 & 89 - checked owner of record discrepancy -
Will notify both parties of billing error and correct on computer
Lot 113 - acreage changed per deed

10. Reviewed Chris Keefe's list of Chapter issues - still waiting on 2 owners

11. Will Review chapter applications when all members present

12. Chris Keefe sent info to the Boston on 10/12 - Roy called - we had to
change land schedule for neighborhoods 2 & 4 -
undeveloped lots changed to 37,200 for Nbhd 2 & 31,200 for Nbhd 4 - all were 39,400
State had a question on the dam for Roy - they have many towns for revaluation, so
we won't hear from them for 2 weeks regarding Preliminary Certification

13. Discussed ATB case pending hearing on 10/31 - they want to settle before
Hearing - Bruce gave updated value to lawyer today - he will talk to client

14. November meetings will be on 11/26
