• Staples Order confirmation - purchased camera for house pictures - received free
  printer after rebate
• New Property Type Classification Codes & Non-Arms length Codes (Joe wants codes
  Emailed to him)

3. Signed previous meeting minutes - April 14th ; (April 28th meeting was cancelled)

4. Discussed John Payne's desire to demolish dormitory & kitchen on Bardwells Ferry Road
If he leaves just the basement then the assessment would be only about $10,000 for the
Basement and the improved lot value would be removed & be valued as Chapter land,
since it now has a Conservation Restriction.

5. Signed Bill Payable for Registry of Deeds

6. Signed Chapter 61A Certificate

7. Signed Omitted & Revised Assessment Report FY2008 for Boston

8. Signed Motor Vehicle excise abatements

9. Reviewed list of incomplete residences & detached structures & building permits

10. Next meetings: June 9, June 23 no meeting on May 26th, Memorial Day
Will make appointments to view properties starting in June
