11. Discussed issues concerning 99 Mechanic St. house; Bruce to notify owners ofOption to file an abatement within 30 days of mailing of actual bills in December

12. DLS Gateway Training Tuesday August 12 at 2:00 PM - Mike Q. will train

13. Discussed and decided to remove any values for above ground pools on record cards - considered temporary structures

14. Dairy Bill has been sent to the Governor for signing; the bill contains wording to grant towns the local option of not collecting the Farm Excise Tax - town will need to approve the measure at next year's annual Town Meeting

15. Discussed new house at 373 Little Mohawk Rd.- no response yet from out of town owner
regarding site visit - Bruce to send Certified letter this time to owner requesting site visit
