• Registry of Deeds Letter RE: Bill of Sale Documents
• July Building Permits
• Boat Excise List
• Mass ACORN
• Highland Communities
• "ConEd" Transfer
• Sales Verification
• New Cingular ATB Document

3. Signed Bill Payable - Registry of Deeds

4. Vivian Crowley is wondering who is marking her field with surveying stakes -
not sure which parcel she is referring to - assessors do not know about this

5. District Fire Chief noticed that some Town Roads were not on our maps

1. Orchard Rd. - can have added to map next year
2. Road off Percy Roberts up to house - do not know exact location or name
3. Road to Flaccus house - do not know exact location or name

6. Reviewed new values for properties that were visited values to be finalized

7. Next meeting: September 22 -
After next meeting on September 22 we will meet with Catherine Williams
at 125 Bardwells Ferry Rd. to look at house & remeasure -
