3. Signed previous meeting minutes

4. Signed Bills Payable MAAO Dues $75.00 Fy2009

5. Signed Monthly List for August of Motor Vehicle Abatements

6. Signed Monthly Report for August

7. Signed Revised Fire District Real Estate Commitment FY2008

8. Decided not send out bills for Boat Excise - we have not billed them in previous years

9. Reviewed New Growth List

10. Reviewed Hartman House Valuation - does not consider basement to be finished
living space - % complete Master Bath not done? Made determination on the Grade
for the house and square footage of finished basement area -

11. Next meeting October 27 no meeting on October 13 - Columbus Day is a state holiday

12. Adjourned Meeting @ 6:45 PM

13. Board went to visit the Williams' house at 125 Bardwells Ferry Road at 7:00PM to
check on accuracy of data in our property file and inspect the interior
