• Forms of List Non Domicile
• MAAO Summer Meeting
• Building Permits April
• Commercial owner List
• Kevin Parsons Letter RE: 99 Bardwells Ferry Rd. sale -- we had lots switched in computer records -- has been fixed -- 99 Bardwells Ferry house was just sold

4. Sign Previous meeting minutes -- tabled for Jim Richardson to sign

5. Personal property abatement -- owner lost wood working equipment in fire in December 2007 -- Business is in Greenfield now - It was discussed and an abatement was granted

6. Signed Bills Payable: Staples $ 7.79, $259.40 Registry of Deeds $19.00

7. Sign Monthly Abatement Reports April -- tabled for next meeting

8. Signed Motor Vehicle Excise abatements

9. Signed Personal Property Abatement -- out of business - uncollectible

10. Disposition of Section 5 Excise Bills -- Farm Plates & Repair Plates -- it was voted to not send bills this year as we have not been sending these bills in previous years

11. Size of Sheds? Are all sizes taxable in Shelburne? -- tabled for next meeting

12. Assistant will be taking vacation time:
