1. Called meeting to order @ 6:00PM Marvin Peck & Joseph Mattei present

2. Reviewed mail:

• Letter from Charlemont Board of Assessors -- RE: Change of Garaging Forms
• DLS Gateway new Enhancements -- submitting LA-3 electronically
• Letter from Ray Hartman RE: Screen Porch -- according to him there is not going to be
  one - the Assessors will visit property again
• Sales Verification - 7 Mechanic St. Sold for $169,000 Assessed at $107,100
  Assessors will visit the house
• Cartographic Mapping Contract - $525.00 for 2010; if we have 5 new plans
• DLS Bulletin -- RE: Veteran Exemption Disability Ratings

3. Signed Previous meeting minutes - need Jim Richardson's signature

4. Signed Bill for MAAO dues for FY2010 - $75.00

5. Signed Motor Vehicle Excise abatement

6. Signed Chapter 61 Forest Plan Certificates & Applications

7. Reviewed LA-3 & LA-15 for Interim year adjustment -- Assistant will submit soon

8. Found Deeds On-line for Mohawk Orchards sales in August - two new owners for separate parcels on east and west side of Colrain-Shelburne Road and farm stand on Mohawk Trail

9. 375 Main St. sold for $12,000 - house in poor condition - Assessed at $132,500 -- waiting for new owner's mailing address

10. Trinity Church Parsonage sold as residence -can be charged taxes per DOR Law department -- Collector can send a pro rata pro forma tax bill for FY2010

11. Time to send out Chapter applications

13. Discussed visiting Vipassana Meditation Center in order to update files
