Zoning Board of Appeals — Meeting Minutes — February 1, 2007—7:00 p.m. — Shelburne Town Hall

A duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held at the Shelburne Town Hall, 51 Bridge St, Shelburne.

Present: Theodore Merrill,  John Taylor, Lowell Laporte

Absent:  William Sweeney, Joseph Palmeri

Chairman Pro Tem Ted Merrill called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.

Board mail reviewed with no new applications.  Invitations read for the All Boards meeting on 2/8 and the Ag Commission meeting on 2/19.

Minutes for the 12/6/06 and 1/4/07 meetings were read and accepted.

Next monthly meeting will be 3/1/07 with a Special Permit Hearing at 7:15pm.  Notifications have been made to abutters and the press.

The Board discussed that Ted Merrill will represent the Board at tonight’s Ad Hoc Zoning meeting and present the Board’s questions if the opportunity arises.

As there was no other business to come before the meeting and in order for Ted to attend the zoning meeting a motion was made and so voted to adjourn at 7:20pm.
