Zoning Board of Appeals — Meeting Minutes — May 03, 2007—7:00 p.m. — Shelburne Town Hall

A duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held at the Shelburne Town Hall, 51 Bridge St., Shelburne.

Present: Ted Merrill

Absent: John Taylor, Bill Sweeney, Lowell Laporte, Joe Palmeri, Catherine Smith, Laurie Bluer-MacLeod

As the Board lacked a quorum, as a result of the Annual Town Meeting being continued to the same time and place as the scheduled Board meeting, the regular monthly meeting of the ZBA was not held on this date and will be re-posted.
