Zoning Board of Appeals — Meeting Minutes — August 2, 2007—7:00 p.m. — Shelburne Town Hall

A duly posted meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was held at the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 51 Bridge Street, Shelburne.

Present: Joseph Palmeri, William Sweeney

Absent:  Ted Merrill, Catherine Smith, Laurie MacLeod, John Taylor, Lowell Laporte

Chairman Joseph Palmeri called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. 

The Board reviewed the mail with no new applications received.

Palmeri reported on the discussion held at the “all boards” meeting held in July concerning minutes, meetings and board appointments.

No votes were taken for lack of a quorum.

Sweeney moved to adjourn and it was so voted at 7:26pm.
