The Shelburne Senior Center is a multi-purpose agency serving the elders of West County, Massachusetts. It provides residents who are 55 years of age and older (60 years for some services)a place to socialize, meet new friends, take part in entertaining and enriching programs and access the essential services when needed that enable them to grow older with independence, grace, dignity and a sense of fulfillment.

The Center is supported by the towns of Ashfield, Buckland, Colrain and Shelburne with additional funding provided by Franklin County Home Care, the Massachusetts Office of Elder Affairs, Mary Stuart Rogers Foundation, local and state Cultural Councils and private donors. It is conveniently located in downtown Shelburne Falls in the first floor of the Masonic Lodge.  The Center is fully accessible and open year round.

The Center has a dining room and kitchen, used for congregate meals three days per week and our larger activities and social gatherings.  The smaller activity room is used as a craft store, library, meeting, and exercise space, and is a fully equipped computer lab. There is also an accessible restroom and offices for staff. The Center is open year round and kept at a comfortable temperature year round with the use of summer air conditioning.
