Shelburne Falls Village Summit
Please join us on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 6:00 pm on Zoom for the Shelburne Falls Village Summit. The Summit is an outcome of the Village of Shelburne Falls Rapid Recovery Plan that was completed last fall. The purpose of the Summit is to discuss short-term and long-term actions to support a vibrant village center and thriving business community.
Discussion topics will include:

  • Identify Village events and activities to be undertaken over the next 12-18 months, and determine who is the lead and what resources will be needed to ensure success.
  • Discuss the formation of a volunteer Village Task Force to monitor short-term events and activities, and work on developing the administrative capacity to support the Village in the long-term.
  • Decide the best way(s) to share information among Village businesses and stakeholders moving forward.

The Summit is being coordinated by Andrew Baker, Heather Butler, John Taylor and Whit Sanford, and will be facilitated by Amy Shapiro of the Franklin County Community Development Corporation and Jessica Atwood of the Franklin Regional Council of Governments.
