3. Discussed the APR Restriction for Mr. Schoelzel -- Jim noted that there is no agricultural use of the land -- he is rotary mowing the field -- Bruce will check on requirements for APR land --
We all thought that the land must be used in some manner for agriculture
4. Discussed FRCOG-Cooperative Contract for Public Utilities appraisal -- Jim stated that the board needs to see the cost benefit for Shelburne -- we don't want to fund other towns' appraisals - we only have half a dam and several cell towers -- Bruce to follow up
5. Signed previous meeting minutes
6. Roy Bishop's Revaluation contract was approved by select board -- amount was reduced by $1,000 to $7,500, since full review of personal property is not required this year

11. Questions that were discussed:
Map Updates -- it was decided to wait until next year to have maps updated -- saves town $525
Instead of having Deeds bound in books it was decided that we can put them in a loose leaf binder -- saves town $100
York deed where is parcel one? Jim called the owner and it was determined that this lot was lot 2 on our map
12. Review of Abatement applications was tabled until all members are present
