Proposed Premises-Use Wind Energy Systems Bylaw

In response to the Wind Moratorium Bylaw passed in 2012, the Shelburne Planning Board is presenting a proposed Premises-Use Wind Energy Systems Bylaw at town meeting on May 6, 2014.
