Shelburne is served by three public regional schools:
The Buckland-Shelburne Elementary School is located on Mechanic Street in Shelburne and serves students from the towns of Buckland and Shelburne in grades Pre-K through 6. The Buckland-Shelburne Elementary school also makes some seats available through the state school of choice program to students outside the district.
